Women coming together with different experiences and perspectives with a desire to take better care of themselves is the essence of Self Care Group Support discussions. They look at how they can establish a standard for self care practices in their daily life.
A GROUP OF PEOPLE WITH COMMON EXPERIENCES OR CONCERNS WHO PROVIDE EACH OTHER WITH ENCOURAGEMENT, COMFORT, AND SUGGESTIONS
Self Care Group Support discussions provide a safe, loving environment where women can honestly share what is and isn’t working while receiving feedback from others. Part of our group standard is encouraging each other along the way without judgement.
OF AN AIM OR PURPOSE
This group focuses on how to help each other successfully achieve their goals. This is done by each participant being accountable to sharing their progress weekly with the group. Weekly discussions keep participants motivated and mindful of the goals they have set for themselves.
STRENGTHEN OR SUPPORT EMOTIONALLY, SPIRITUALLY, PHYSICALLY, OR MENTALLY
The discussions help you stay on track sustaining all that you are learning. It is about reaching and maintaining your goals as you integrate them in all aspects of your life.
Day and evening sessions will be available
$25 fee per session with the option to buy multiple sessions at a discounted price
A great way to dig deeper in the areas you might have addressed through workshops, life coaching sessions, or AromaTouch sessions
Discussions run an hour and a half each week
Discussions are facilitated by a Certified Life Coach
